About The Chef Inspired

The Chef Inspired originated in the home kitchen of a stay-at-home Mom.  She developed these delicious bite size and single serve assortments inspired by recipes that her mother and grandmother used to make in their European kitchens, before immigrating to the new world.

The Chef Inspired sold her mini pie assortments during the summers at farmers’ markets on Long Island. Once the farmers’ market season ended, she supplied local caterers, restaurants and vineyards.

Today, The Chef Inspired has a state-of-the-art production facility which can manage the demand that grew from a hobby and a love for making people smile.  Our recipes are still based on the artisanal roots from the old country.
